Quality Management is among the three mantras of PBS India. Our QC team follows eight stages Comprehensive inspection from raw materials to finishing of all Products to ensure the accurate Product specification standards.

  We ensure that all raw materials grade by Chemical analysis and Physical properties testing because it is the most important component of quality control.
  All scaffold products stamped to track month/year of Production and the batch number so it can be easily tracked.
  Our QC Team inspect every stage of production.
  We do In-house testing to verify product quality which mostly includes Load Test, welding quality and Galvanize thickness.
  If Required then we welcome third party inspection for the final product before shipment. The cost of inspection is on Clients account.
  Customer involvement on quality and development is equally important for us and we welcome and address Customer's In-house inspection report.
  If any Quality issue noticed in our end or customer end then we aggressively investigate for its cause. All quality issues from any point are recorded and Corrective action taken to address and overcome from the root cause.
 R&D; team support quality control, quality issues, technical and production process improvement, technical support to clients. It also welcome client for their customized/Tailored order.
