| Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that uses multiple layers of thin wood
Assembled with exterior adhesives and pressed together. They often referred to as “Laminated Plank” and designed specifically for use as a working platform.
It is structurally superior to a standard scaffold plank in almost every way and is ideal for the heavy construction and petrochemicals markets due to its resilience to harsh chemicals. There is also a lower incidence of twisting, bowing or warping over time and the laminated veneer lumber used as a support in a weight bearing wall is less likely to buckle under the stress. |
